To take the measurements, use a measuring tape as indicated on the figure for chest, waist, and hip.

 

Tip, measure the fullest part of the chest and hip and for the waist the narrowest, usually located above to belly button.

 

Oh, don’t forget to maintain the tape parallel to the ground for greater precision.
